Updating the Victory+ App on LG TV

There are two ways to update your app

Method 1: Automatic Prompt

1. Turn on your LG TV and make sure it’s connected to a Wi-Fi or hardwired ethernet connection.
2. Press the Home button on your magic remote to open the app menu.
3. Highlight the Victory+ app using the arrow keys.
4. Select the app with the center button.
5. If there is an update available, you will be prompted to update it before being able to launch it. Click Update.
6. Once the app is updated, it will automatically launch. If it doesn't, click Launch.

Method 2: Manual Update via APPS Menu

If you are not prompted for an update, you can check manually:

1. Press the Home button on your magic remote.
2. Navigate to and select APPS.
3. Click the three horizontal dots in the top right corner.
4. Click app update.
5. You can now click update all to update all your applications.

Remove and Reinstall the Victory+ App

If an app still isn’t working well, you can remove the app and reinstall it.

Method 1: Via the APPS Menu

1. Press the Home button on your remote to open the app menu.
2. Select APPS.
3. Navigate to the three horizontal dots in the top right-hand corner.
4. Choose Manage App.
5. Find Victory+ and choose Delete.

Method 2: Via the Edit App List

1. Press the Home button on your remote.
2. Navigate to the Edit App List (this is usually found at the very right-most portion of the horizontal app list on the home screen).
3. Hover over the Victory+ app.
4. Click the up arrow on your remote to enter edit mode.
5. Select the trashcan icon.
6. Click your center button on the remote to confirm the deletion.

To Reinstall the App:

1. From the Home screen, navigate to APPS.
2. Using the search function, search for Victory+.
3. Click Install.

Updating an LG TV System

1. Turn on your LG TV and make sure it’s connected to a Wi-Fi or hardwired ethernet connection.
2. On the remote, hold the Settings button (it looks like a gear/cog icon).
3. In the menu, scroll down to find Support and select it.
4. Now, look for Software Update and select it.
5. Select Check for Updates.
   • If you check Allow Automatic Updates, your TV will update the software automatically when available.
