Our goal is for you to have a smooth support experience and get your issue resolved ASAP.

In order to do that, please include the following in your initial message:

  1. Your Victory+ account email address.
  2. A screenshot or screen recording of what you see (maximum file size of 10 MB).
  3. Detailed steps on how you got there and any troubleshooting steps you've already tried on your own - this helps us respond and reproduce the problem faster.
  4. List all streaming devices you're using (make and model, not just the make), browser and browser version (if applicable), and TV (if applicable).
  5. Software versions of the device and of the Victory+ app.
    1. If you're having issues locating the software versions, ask for us for assistance.

We are real sports fans and real people who genuinely want to help you (we proudly focus on service in Customer Service), however, aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate messages will not be tolerated through any of our communication channels. Inappropriate or abusive behavior may result in the ending of communication, removing access to your account, or in serious offences reporting the incident to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
