Troubleshooting on Vizio TV

If you are running into issues accessing the Victory+ app or its content on your Vizio TV, try the steps below.

Note: Exact steps and menu labels can vary depending on your Vizio model and TV software version. If something looks different on your screen, use the closest matching option, or refer to your owner’s manual or Vizio device support.

Restart Vizio TV

Restarting your TV is safe and will not remove your installed apps. It can also clear cached data and help with connectivity issues.

Option 1:

  1. Press the Settings button on your remote (the gear icon).
  2. Select All Settings
  3. Select Admin & Privacy
  4. Select Restart TV
  5. Wait for the TV to finish restarting.

Option 2:

  1. Turn your Vizio TV off.
  2. Unplug the TV from the power outlet.
  3. Wait about 10 seconds.
  4. Plug the TV back into the power outlet.
  5. Turn the TV back on.

Factory Reset Vizio TV

Only do a factory reset if the restart options above do not resolve the issue.

A factory reset will return your TV to its original settings. You will need to re download apps, sign back into accounts, and re configure settings.

  1. Press the Settings button on your remote (the gear icon).
  2. Select All Settings
  3. Select Admin & Privacy
  4. Select Reset to Factory Settings
  5. When prompted, select Yes to confirm.
