Troubleshooting on Apple TV

If you're running into an issue accessing the Victory+ app and it's content on your Apple TV device, please try any of the troubleshooting steps below.

Restart Apple TV

Restarting an Apple TV is safe to do, and will not remove any saved apps or information on your Apple TV device.

  1. Go to your Apple TV Settings – From the main screen, scroll down to Settings, and select it
  2. Select System – In the Settings menu, choose System
  3. Select Restart – Click on Restart
  4. After the Apple TV has restarted, navigate to the Victory+ app and click on it

Remove and Reinstall the Victory+ App

This will remove any cached data from the app. You will need to pair your Victory+ account to your TV again.

  1. Go to your Apple TV Settings – From the main screen, scroll down to Settings, and select it
  2. Select System – In the Settings menu, choose System
  3. Select General – In the Settings menu, choose General
  4. Select Manage Storage – In the Settings menu, under Usage choose Manage Storage
  5. Delete the Victory+ App - In the Manage Storage settings, click the trash can icon next to the Victory+ App
  6. Restart your Apple TV – It’s a good idea to restart your Apple TV after removing the app (follow the steps above for restarting)
  7. Reinstall the App – Go to the App Store, find the Victory+ app, and install it again

Resetting your Apple TV Device

If restarting your Apple TV device, and removing and re-installing the Victory+ app doesn't fix your problem, you can try resetting your Apple TV. Please note, this will take it back to factory settings and erase all data you added, including your account info and any configuration changes you made, so this should only be done if there’s a serious problem that isn’t responding to other methods.

  1. Select System – In the Settings menu, choose System
  2. Select Reset - In the Settings Menu, click Reset > Reset and update
