Troubleshooting on Roku
If you are running into issues accessing the Victory+ app or its content on your Roku device, try the steps below.
Note: Roku menus and labels can vary a bit depending on your Roku model and Roku OS version. If something looks different on your screen, use the closest matching option or check Roku’s device support.
Restart your Roku Device
Restarting your Roku is safe and will not remove your installed apps.
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
- Select Settings
- Select System
- Select System restart
- Select Restart
- Once your Roku restarts, open the Victory+ app again.
Remove and Reinstall the Victory+ App
This can clear cached data. You will need to pair your Victory+ account to your TV again after reinstalling.
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
- Highlight the Victory+ app, but do not open it.
- Press the Star (*) button on your remote to open the options menu.
- Select Remove channel, then confirm.
- Restart your Roku using the steps in the Restart your Roku device section above.
- Reinstall the app from Streaming Channels (sometimes shown as Channel Store), then open Victory+ and complete pairing.
Factory Reset on Roku
Only do a factory reset if the other steps above do not resolve the issue.
A factory reset will reset your Roku to its original settings. You will need to reinstall apps and set up your Roku again after the reset.
Option 1: Factory reset a Roku
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
- Select Settings
- Select System
- Select Advanced system settings
- Select Factory reset
- Select Factory reset everything
- If prompted, enter the on screen code and select OK, then follow the on screen instructions.
- Wait for the reset to complete, then set up your Roku again (Wi-Fi, Roku account, and reinstalling apps).
Option 2: Physical reset button
Some Roku devices (including some Roku TVs and Roku streaming boxes) include a physical reset button.
- Locate the reset button on the back or bottom of the device. It may be a tactile button or a small pinhole.
- Press and hold the reset button for about 10 seconds.
- If it is a pinhole, use a paperclip or a similar small tool.
- Release the button when the Roku logo appears on screen.
- Wait for the reset to complete, then set up your Roku again (Wi-Fi, Roku account, and reinstalling apps).
