Troubleshooting on Web
If you're experiencing any playback issues while watching from a browser, below are some troubleshooting steps to help improve playback, or narrow down any issues you may be having.
If you're being asked to verify your location but can't get through, please learn more HERE.
Please note, web browsers that are built into a Smart TV are not supported, and will often result in degraded playback quality, site functionality, and possible crashes. Please use a PC, or laptop to view Victory+ through a browser.
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Make sure your PC or Laptop has no pending system updates
- Close any unnecessary background applications
- Check your internet speed - www.fast.com or www.speedtest.net
- If your internet speed is reporting lower than your current internet plan, consider restarting your router, or reaching out to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to see if there is any network throttling on your account, data restrictions, or high network traffic in your area
Please note, a minimum download speed of 5Mbps is required for streaming HD video. Local network traffic, and other devices connected to your network will also affect your available speed.
- Check for browser updates on your preferred browser
- If there are no updates to your browser, try clearing your browser data, cache, and cookies
- i.e. here's a link to the steps for clearing cache and cookies if using Google Chrome - How to clear cache and cookies on Chrome
- If there are no updates to your browser, try clearing your browser data, cache, and cookies
