How to Update Android TV

This article covers two different updates on Android TV devices:

• Updating the Victory+ app
• Updating your Android TV system software

Updating the Victory+ app on Android TV

1. Turn on your Android TV and confirm it is connected to the internet.
2. Press the Home button on your remote (house icon).
3. Open the Google Play Store.
4. Select My apps (sometimes shown as Manage apps & games).
5. Find Victory+.
6. If an update is available, select Update and wait for it to finish

Updating your Android TV system software

1. Turn on your Android TV and confirm it is connected to the internet.
2. Press the Home button on your remote.
3. Select Settings (gear icon, usually in the top right).
4. Select Device Preferences
5. Select About
6. Select System update
7. If an update is available, allow it to download and install. Your device may restart during the update.
