Managing Your Texas Rangers Subscription

Cancelling Your Subscription

Currently, subscriptions can only be managed through the website, they are not available through the Victory+ application. Please follow the steps below, in order to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription. Once cancelled, you will still be able to use the service for the remainder of your billing period.

PC or Laptop

  1. On your PC or laptop, open your preferred browser and head to https://www.victoryplus.com
  2. Log into your purchasing account
  3. Click Settings in the left-hand menu
  4. Select Cancel Subscription
  5. In the pop-up window, click Cancel Subscription again
  6. Enter your purchasing account email to confirm
  7. Click Confirm Cancellation
  8. You'll see a final pop-up confirming that your subscription has been cancelled

Please note: You won’t receive a confirmation email, but if you see the on-screen confirmation, your cancellation has been processed successfully.

Phone or Tablet

  1. On your phone or tablet, open your preferred browser and go to https://www.victoryplus.com
  2. Log into your purchasing account
  3. Tap the menu in the top corner, then tap Settings
  4. Select Cancel Subscription
  5. In the pop-up window, tap Cancel Subscription again
  6. Enter your purchasing account email to confirm
  7. Tap Confirm Cancellation
  8. You’ll see a final pop-up confirming that your subscription has been cancelled

Please note: You won’t receive a confirmation email, but if you see the on-screen confirmation, your cancellation has been processed successfully.

Updating your payment method

If at anytime you need to update the connected payment method for your Texas Rangers subscriptions, there are a few different ways to complete this, depending on the method used during checkout.


Visa/Mastercard/AmEx, etc. Payment Methods


  • Our payment provider Stripe, will automatically send you an email notification, 5-7 days before your next upcoming invoice. In this email, is a link to update your payment method if needed
  • You can also contact our support team at support@victoryplus.com, from your registered account email, and we can manually send you this update link.

  • If you've chosen to pay with "Link" during the checkout process, you will need to manage your connected payment method, directly through your Link Wallet. Instructions for updating this information can be found directly on their website, here - How do I update my information with Link?

Samsung Smart TV Purchasers (Samsung Checkout)

If you purchased your Texas Rangers subscription directly through Samsung Checkout on your Samsung Smart TV, your subscription is billed and managed by Samsung, not Victory+.

Important: If you uninstall and reinstall the Victory+ app on your Samsung TV, your purchase history may be lost. Please do not delete the app if you subscribed through Samsung Checkout.
