Cancelling Your Subscription

Currently, subscriptions can only be managed through the website, they are not available through the Victory+ application. Please follow the steps below, in order to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription. Once cancelled, you will still be able to use the service for the remainder of your billing period.

PC or Laptop

On your PC or laptop, open your preferred browser and head to www.victoryplus.com

1. Log into your purchasing account
2. Click "Settings" in the left-hand menu
3. Select "Cancel Subscription"
4. In the pop-up window, click "Cancel Subscription" again
5. Enter your purchasing account email to confirm
6. Click "Confirm Cancellation"
7. You'll see a final pop-up confirming that your subscription has been cancelled

Phone or Tablet

On your phone or tablet, open your preferred browser and go to www.victoryplus.com

1. Log into your purchasing account
2. Tap the menu in the top corner, then tap "Settings"
3. Select "Cancel Subscription"
4. In the pop-up window, tap "Cancel Subscription" again
5. Enter your purchasing account email to confirm
6. Tap "Confirm Cancellation"
7. You’ll see a final pop-up confirming that your subscription has been cancelled
