Managing Your Texas Rangers Subscription
Cancelling Your Subscription
Currently, subscriptions can only be managed through the website, they are not available through the Victory+ application. Please follow the steps below, in order to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription. Once cancelled, you will still be able to use the service for the remainder of your billing period.
PC or Laptop
- On your PC or laptop, open your preferred browser and head to https://www.victoryplus.com
- Click Start Watching in the top right corner, if not already logged in
- Log into your purchasing account
- Click Settings in the left-hand menu
- Select Cancel Subscription
- In the pop-up window, click Cancel Subscription again
- Enter your purchasing account email to confirm
- Click Confirm Cancellation
- You'll see a final pop-up confirming that your subscription has been cancelled
Please note: You won’t receive a confirmation email, but if you see the on-screen confirmation, your cancellation has been processed successfully.
Phone or Tablet
- On your phone or tablet, open your preferred browser and go to https://www.victoryplus.com
- Click Start Watching in the top right corner, if not already logged in
- Log into your purchasing account
- Tap the menu in the top corner, then tap Settings
- Select Cancel Subscription
- In the pop-up window, tap Cancel Subscription again
- Enter your purchasing account email to confirm
- Tap Confirm Cancellation
- You’ll see a final pop-up confirming that your subscription has been cancelled
Please note: You won’t receive a confirmation email, but if you see the on-screen confirmation, your cancellation has been processed successfully.

Updating your payment method
If at anytime you need to update the connected payment method for your Texas Rangers subscriptions, there are a few different ways to complete this, depending on the method used during checkout.
Visa/Mastercard/AmEx, etc. Payment Methods
- Our payment provider Stripe, should automatically send you an email notification, 5-7 days before your next upcoming invoice. In this email, is a link to update your payment method if needed.
- Please make sure to check your Spam inbox as well, if you do not see this notification closer to your renewal date.
- You can also contact our support team at support@victoryplus.com from your registered account email, and we can manually send you this update link anytime before your next renewal.
"Link" Payment Method
- If you've chosen to pay with "Link" during the checkout process, you will need to manage your connected payment method, directly through your Link Wallet. Instructions for updating this information can be found directly on their website, here - How do I update my information with Link?
Samsung Smart TV Purchasers (Samsung Checkout)
If you purchased your Texas Rangers subscription directly through Samsung Checkout on your Samsung Smart TV, your subscription is billed and managed by Samsung, not Victory+.
- Cancellations: You’ll need to follow Samsung’s official instructions here: Cancel a Samsung Checkout Subscription
- Refunds or Billing Issues: These must be handled directly by Samsung Support. You can contact them here: Samsung US Support
Important: If you uninstall and reinstall the Victory+ app on your Samsung TV, your purchase history may be lost. Please do not delete the app if you subscribed through Samsung Checkout.
Subscription FAQ's
What will show up on my bank statement after purchasing a subscription?
- Your credit card statement will show as “Victory+” or “Victory Plus” for all subscription charges.
Why is my payment being declined?
- If your payment method(s) have been declined, you may need to reach out to your bank or card issuer to have this resolved. Sometimes when making payments on a new service can trigger a freeze with some banks. This is normal for banks to do in order to protect your card from misuse.
- After speaking with your bank or card issuer(s) ask if they can remove any restrictions placed on your card from completing the payment on https://victoryplus.com. Once lifted, we recommend waiting at least 24-72 hours before attempting to complete your purchase again.
- Multiple payment attempts in short succession can also trigger payments to be declined. This is typically to prevent against any suspicious activity on your card(s).
Is my subscription a one time purchase, or auto-renewing?
- All Texas Rangers Season Pass purchases, are automatically renewing, every 12 months, on the original date of purchase, for the original amount purchased, unless cancelled prior to your next renewal date. This information is available throughout the purchase process, and in our Terms of Use
- By purchasing a Season Pass subscription, you authorize Victory+ to charge the connected payment method on file, without notice to you, unless you cancel prior to your next billing period.
- Cancelling your subscription at anytime will allow you to keep access to the Texas Rangers content, until the end of your current billing period.
- By purchasing a Season Pass subscription, you authorize Victory+ to charge the connected payment method on file, without notice to you, unless you cancel prior to your next billing period.
- Any available Texas Rangers Monthly Pass, are automatically renewing each month, on the original date of purchase, for the original amount purchased, unless cancelled prior to your next billing period.
- At the end of the current broadcast season, Monthly Texas Rangers subscriptions, will automatically cancel.
What is the refund policy?
- All in-market sales are final, there are no refunds of any kind offered. Refunds will not be issued for unsupported devices or technical issues with a device, issues with, or delays to broadcasts, or for games that are not airing on Victory+.
- If your current device isn’t supported, consider using an affordable Fire Stick or Roku device with your Smart TV. See our list of supported devices for more info.
