How many devices can I watch on my account simultaneously?

• As part of our commitment to providing the best viewing experience, we want to make sure that each household can enjoy our content with as minimal interruption as possible. To ensure fair access for everyone, we currently allow our paid members to stream on one login per household at a time, which can be connected to up to 5 devices simultaneously. This is subject to change in the future.

Why is there a cost for Texas Rangers games?

• Victory+ is committed to providing free sports content for fans. Some teams and content providers require a paid model. Paid Passes do not remove ads from the viewing experience. Rangers on-demand content is free for all fans. For example: game highlights, condensed games, interviews, and other game clips. This does not include full-game replays.

Do I really get two tickets to a Texas Rangers game?

• Victory+ has secured a limited selection of tickets to Texas Rangers games for the 2025 season. As a thank-you to fans, 2 tickets are included in the 2025 Season Pass. Tickets are limited and will be included in passes until supplies run out. Tickets are subject to booking availability (Monday through Thursday games except opening day and the Yankees series.) Additional details will be sent to Season Pass holders via an on-boarding email after sign-up.

Is the only way to access Texas Rangers games on Victory+ by purchasing a Season Pass?

• The Season Pass will be available for purchase starting in early February. There will be an option to purchase a monthly pass, but it will not contain all of the perks of the Season Pass. Continue to check this page for updates on a monthly pass.

What can I expect after signing up for a Season Pass?

• Season Pass purchasers can expect an initial on-boarding email within 2 business days of their purchase date. The first email will indicate that instructions will be provided by early March. Game tickets will be redeemable by early May.

Can I watch games if I live outside the state?

• You must live within the MLB-designated territory for the Texas Rangers to access the games. This includes Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and selected counties in New Mexico. Game highlights and other Rangers on-demand content are free for all fans regardless of location. This does not include game replays.

Can I still access games while traveling?

• Yes, if you live within the Texas Rangers territory, you can still access games for up to 30 days while traveling. Ask our support team by using the contact bubble on this page to receive a travel pass.

What devices will games be available on?

• Victory+ is available across most major connected TV and streaming devices. Find out which devices are supported and how to get the Victory+ app here.

Will all of the games be on Victory+?

• Nearly all of the games will be available on Victory+. A handful of games may go to national broadcast outlets and will not be available on Victory+. The Rangers have yet to announce their 2025 broadcast schedule.

Will I be able to skip ads?

• No, skipping ads is not available with a Rangers Season Pass on either live broadcasts or game replays. Like televised broadcasts, commercials are a key part of the viewing experience. Without them, you would see a blank screen during breaks.

What is the refund policy?

• All in-market sales are final, there are no refunds of any kind offered. Refunds will not be issued for unsupported devices. If your device isn’t supported, consider using an affordable Fire Stick or Roku device with your Smart TV. See our list of supported devices for more info.

What will show up on my bank statement after purchasing a subscription?

• Your credit card statement will show as “Victory+” or “Victory Plus” for all subscription charges.

Can I record the games?

• Rangers games cannot be recorded, but all games are available on-demand for 48 hours after they air. After 48 hours, they will be removed from the Victory+ app per MLB rules. Game highlights will also be available on Victory+ with no set removal timeline.

Where can I find the Rangers schedule for games being streamed on Victory+?

• Visit victoryplus.com/rangers to view the full 2025 schedule once it's available. At this time the Rangers have not released their broadcast schedule.
