Texas High School Football Watchathon

What It Is

The Texas High School Football Watchathon is a new Victory+ fan campaign that lets users support their school by watching Victory+ content.

Fans log in, choose their high school from a list of roughly 600 schools, and every time they watch eligible content, they earn points for their school, 5 points every 30 minutes for live games, and 2 points every hour for on-demand (VOD) content.

Schools climb a leaderboard, showing which communities are leading the way in total watch time.

How It Works

1. Visit the campaign page: victoryplus.com/txfootball
2. Log in or create a Victory+ account
   • New users follow the regular registration and email verification steps
3. Pick your school
   • Search by name or city.
   • Once confirmed, your pick is locked for the duration of the campaign.
4. Start watching
   • Live games earn 5 points per 30 minutes
   • On-demand (VOD) content earns 2 points per hour
   • Points start accumulating from the moment you pick your school onward.
5. Check the leaderboard: (expected launch date - November 17th) - victoryplus.com/txfootball/leaderboard
   • Shows top 10–20 schools by total points.
   • You can search your school if it’s not in the top list.
   • Leaderboard updates every 12–24 hours.

Notes and Limitations

• You can only select one school, and that choice cannot be changed later.
• Bonus actions or additional point opportunities may be added later, but are not active at launch.
• The leaderboard refreshes periodically, it’s not real-time.
• The leaderboard is expected to go live November 17th, 2025.
• The campaign launches November 13th, 2025.
• Minimum watch times are applied to earn points.
• The campaign is tied to your registered Victory+ account.
